How to Create a Testimonial Card — 5 Easy Steps
You don't need any design experience. Follow these five steps to create a professional testimonial card in under two minutes.
Enter Customer Information
Open the Content tab and fill in the customer's name, job title or role, company, and location. Upload a customer photo by clicking the avatar area, or leave it blank to auto-generate an initials avatar in your chosen accent color.
Pro tip: First name + last initial (e.g. "Sarah J.") feels more authentic than full names in some industries.Add the Review Text & Star Rating
Paste or type the testimonial in the Review Text field (up to 500 characters). Click the stars to set a 1–5 rating. Select the source platform (Google, Trustpilot, G2, etc.) and set the review date for authenticity. Use the Highlight Phrase field in the Extras tab to automatically bold a key sentence in the review.
Shorter reviews (40–120 words) tend to convert better on social media. Longer ones work well for dedicated testimonial pages.Choose a Theme & Customize Design
Switch to the Design tab. Pick one of 8 theme presets — Clean (white, minimal), Deep (dark purple), Warm (golden), Ocean (blue), Forest (green), Rose (pink), Slate (dark gray), or Gold (amber). Then fine-tune the accent color, font family, font size, corner radius, shadow depth, and quote mark style. All changes reflect instantly in the live preview.
For B2B brands, "Clean" or "Slate" themes project professionalism. For consumer brands, "Warm" or "Rose" feel friendlier.Select a Card Layout
Go to the Layout tab and choose one of 6 styles: Classic (avatar left, ideal for most uses), Centered (avatar top, great for social posts), Minimal (clean lines, ideal for email), Bold (large decorative quote mark, great for hero sections), Stripe (color side bar, stands out in feeds), or Bubble (speech-bubble design, friendly and casual). Use sliders to adjust card width, padding, and avatar size. Toggle individual elements on or off.
