1 How long does it take to get a reply?

Most messages are answered within 1–2 business days. Bug reports sent to bugs@toolriz.com are usually looked at first.

2 Can I request a tool that doesn't exist yet?

Yes — that's exactly what the "Suggest a Tool" option is for. Many of our existing tools started as a request just like that.

3 Do you store the files or data I submit through this form?

No. Information sent through this form is used only to read and respond to your message, and is not shared with third parties.

4 I found incorrect results from a calculator — what should I do?

Please email bugs@toolriz.com with the tool name and the inputs you used. We review every accuracy report directly.
